Trey is entering his 3rd year as the starting shortstop for Texas. In his 66 starts last season, he helped the Longhorns reach the 2021 CWS with a league-best 40 double-plays turned. Trey was named the Texas team Defensive MVP and an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention at the conclusion of the season.
